"I have been very pleased with Dr. Pacheco and the lobby and tech staff. The lobby is immaculate an staff are friendly and greet you immediately! The exam rooms are right off the lobby and you are ushered into one of these rooms within minutes of your arrival time. I have visited for 2 dogs initial well check/vaccines and one cat for initial visit with illness and both visits so far have been wonderful. Dr. Pacheco explains everything and works with you to formulate a plan together for your pet. Pricing is fair and they accept Care Credit, for those of you who use it.The initial paperwork was easy and they use PetDesk APP schedule appointments, message the Vet, see lab results or request prescriptions too.I was promised a call the next day with lab results and that happened too!I am very pleased with the care at Spring Creek Animal Hospital."
