Dr. Alexandra Martin was born and raised in Memphis, TN where she attended St. Agnes Academy for high school. She moved to East Tennessee to pursue her bachelors of science in Animal Science at the University of Tennessee and graduated in 2020. She then remained in Knoxville to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and graduated May 2024 from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduation, Dr. Martin is moving to San Antonio, Texas and joining the team at Spring Creek Animal Hospital. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is certified Fear Free.
Dr. Martin’s favorite part of veterinary medicine is client education and preventative medicine. She loves building lifelong relationships with pet owners. She especially loves soft tissue surgery and nutrition.
