Courtney was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to San Antonio, Texas as an infant. She graduated from East Central High School and is currently attending St. Philips College, where she is undergoing her degree in Early Childhood Education. Courtney joined the Spring Creek family in September of 2009. She shares her home with her husband Eric, her miniature Pinscher Dixie, and her cat Chloe.
